Sourcing Fee - £2,000 (Inclusive of VAT)
- Full property sourcing service
- Identification of suitable investment properties
- Viewing arrangements and reports
- Negotiation support
- Progression through to completion of puchase
Landlord Fee
Letting Services:
Tenant Find (Let Only) Service
Tenant Find Fee - £250 (Inclusive of VAT) Includes:
- Advertsing and marketing the property
- Conducting Viewings
- Tenant refrencing and right-to-rent checks
- Preparation of Tenancy Agreement
- Collection of first month's rent and deposit
Move-in Payments
Move In Cost:
- Tenancy Deposit: A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than 5 weeks' rent, payable before the start of the Tenancy
- It will be protected in an authorised Tenancy Deposit Scheme (DPS - Deposit Protection Scheme)
- Rent: The first month's rent is payable in advance.
Tenant Fee
Payments for Utilities, Council Tax and Services:
- Payments in respect of Utilites (gas, electricty, water) whereby the tenant is responsible
- Council Tax
- Television License
