We will arrange rent collection, ensure your tenants adhere to the terms of the tenancy, organise planned and unplanned maintenance on the property (including Gas Safety and electrical certification) and report to you on a monthly basis regarding rent collections. We will then ensure all rent collections are paid into the bank account of your choice.

From the inception of the tenancy we record the condition and contents of the property in agreement with the tenant, and, at regular periods throughout the tenancy, will carry out a property inspection to ensure the tenant is maintaining your property to an acceptable standard.
